Audacious Strategy was founded by Sabahat Naureen (P.Eng, PMP, MBA), who brings a rare combination of hands-on engineering and construction experience with deep expertise in business transformation and personal branding.

We understand that digital transformation in engineering and construction isn't about implementing the latest tech - it's about navigating the messy reality of jobsites, procurement cycles, and teams that have "always done it this way."
